01

Local comes first

Your vault lives encrypted on your device. Open and use your saved credentials without waiting for a cloud service.

02

Sync without a hosted vault

Linked devices exchange encrypted data over the Korium network. Sync needs connectivity and reachable peers; your local vault remains available offline.

03

Ownership includes recovery

There is no provider password reset. Keep your master password safe, and make an encrypted backup with a passphrase you can recover.

ANDROID PREVIEW · IN PREPARATION

Help make privacy
an everyday habit.

We're preparing the first Android test of nkey. Try the everyday flows, connect your devices and help us find the rough edges.

Early software deserves a careful start. Use sample credentials during testing and keep your existing password manager.

A few things to know.

Does “serverless” mean no internet?

You can use the local vault offline. Sync uses a peer-to-peer network, including network discovery, and requires connectivity. “Serverless” means you don't need a hosted vault account or your own sync server.

Is nkey already available on Google Play?

Not yet. The Android test is being prepared. This page will provide the official testing link when enrollment opens.

What happens if I forget my master password?

There is no server-side reset. Recovery requires an encrypted backup and its passphrase. Without a working way to unlock the vault or restore a backup, your encrypted data cannot be recovered for you.

What about other platforms?

The first public testing effort is focused on Android. Other platform releases will be announced when they are ready.
